  12. Requirements:    This genie needs at least Kick 3.0 (OS V39) and a screen
  13.         with at least 16 free pens. A gfx card is not required,
  14.         but recommended for optimum speed. A fast processor will
  15.         also make look the genie much better.

  17. Installation:    Copy the file to the DeliGenies/ directory (where all
  18.         the other genies hide). That's all!

  20. Purpose:    Some new year fun on your monitor.
